About Andrew

Andrew Gibbs has been designing and building electric models for more than 30 years, and has experience with many types of electric power models including radio controlled electric aircraft of many types, electric RTP, electric hovercraft, fast electric boats and scale and sport electric boats.

He is an instructor with his own model aircraft club and also has a variety of full size flying experience, having flown many hours as an instructor and airline pilot. Andrew also has a wide range of experience as a classroom educator, and technical author.

He lives with his wife and many models (of the balsa variety) in Bognor Regis.
