How to Order & Payment Methods
For your convenience, prices are in US dollars. The easiest and a secure way to pay is using PayPal. If you prefer, it's possible to send me a personal check (I can accept US checks), banker's draft, money order or similar. However, the last two options do tend to be expensive. Please add $2 towards air mail S&H for each guide ordered.
I don't encourage payment by cash because in the unlikely event of it going missing it could leave a particularly bad taste in the mouth. Although I'm happy to accept US Dollars, if you choose to send cash please understand it's at your own risk because I can't accept the responsibility for missing post - though this hasn't happened yet.

For convenience, an order form may be printed using the usual 'file' and 'print' commands. The form prints from a Word file and not from this actual webpage, which means it should print in black and white, using a minimum of ink.
